Hemorrhoids Home Remedy
Obesity is booming all around the world. Even the ancient cultures such as Asians are falling for the fast food craze since the golden arches found their way into these countries. Children are much more obese than the parents ever dreamed of. Their diets have changed from the healthy foods to fast foods.
However, we can learn from the way the Asians lived before all this happened. Asians even today, are some of the healthiest people in the world. China and Japan have people who live well into the hundreds. Green tea is one of the best anti-oxidants in the world and these cultures have learned to use the benefits of hot tea as well as the benefits of including fish in our daily diet.
Drinking warm water after your meal can help digestion and decrease heart burn. The Chinese, Japanese and Indian often drink hot tea with their meals.
Drinking warm water after your meal can also increase weight loss, cleanse the body and reduce constipation.
Before you pooh-pooh the idea, why not try this solution and think for yourself? We have been taught by western media that ice cold drinks are better for our system. This culture is used to drinking ice cold water along with meals. However, Asian cultures, specifically ask for hot water or warm water or at the least, water without ice in restaurants for a specific reason.
Asians believe that cold water solidifies fats that you have just consumed and thwarts the digestive process. This sludge refuses to move through the digestive canal and the intestines. This happens before the body has had time to get the water to the body temperature.
To test this theory, do this experiment for a week. As soon as you get up in the morning, heat up some water in a saucepan (or microwave) and when it is hot enough to drink (not too hot), pour it into a glass and drink it. See if this helps you with constipation and pushes you to go to the bathroom to get rid of the body’s sludge and waste matter first thing in the morning. Asian cultures have done this for centuries and they most certainly have low incidence of obesity.
Some of us know (by experience) that adding a teaspoon of lime juice and a teaspoon of honey to this early morning glass of warm water also helps to keep our system healthy and aids in weight loss. Just try it.
One of the biggest reasons why we have hemorrhoids is constipation – the difficulty of moving food along the rectal canal to its final destination – OUT!. Of course, there are other reasons such as hormonal changes, obesity, genes, etc. In younger women, the most important reason for constipation is pregnancy.
So remember to drink lots of warm water. (Not coffee, not tea, not hot cocoa, just simple, plain pure spring water!)
Yeah, that sounds strange, doesn’t it? Just think – When you have to clean dishes, do you use cold water or hot water? What happens if the dishwasher used ice cold water (the way we like to drink it?). All the crap will stay on the dishes, right? Well, the same thing happens in our stomach.
When we drink cold water, the toxins, stomach waste and other “stuff” coats the intestines and may not move along as easily as we would like them to do. Instead, visualize warm (or hot water as they do in some countries) water going down your body, cleaning all of the pipes (intestines).
Although some of the warmth goes down when it reaches the body, the effect is not as terrible as drinking ice cold water which turns everything into a sticky pulp residue that refuses to move.
When you find a remedy for constipation, you may be close to finding a remedy for hemorrhoids that may return throughout our lifetime.
